if you're new to the modding community, i highly suggest checking out my list, it's a great starting point. Unfortunately, reddit has a character limit on these posts so i've decided to host the list through an external site. so as a result, i've decided to recompile and update the list. as a result, we have a lot of noobs and returning players.
no doubt this is due to the new simcity being announced. in the past 7 months, this place sure has grown. It's been about 7 months since i compiled my list of super ultimate awesome essential sc4 mods which proved to be so helpful that it managed to sneak its way into the sidebar of this awesome subreddit.
